We’ve compiled our recommended supplies by project type. These are tried-and-tested supplies that we use and feature in many of our tutorial videos, so you can easily find the materials you need to get started.

Chip Bag Making
- 120gsm Double-Sided Photo Paper
- Double-Sided Tape, 10mm/12mm – For sealing the top of your chip bags.
- Glue Tape Roller – For sealing the bottom and sides.
- Paper Crimper for Small & Large Chip Bags – We recommend this particular brand and size because it has a comfortable grip, especially when you’re making several chip bags at a time.
- Pinking Shears / Zigzag Scissors, 5mm – We prefer the rubber-handled type for a more comfortable grip.
Notepads & Booklets
- 70–100gsm Bond Paper – Hard Copy or PaperOne – Choose the thickness depending on your project. These brands may cost a little more than others, but we can vouch for their quality and paper brightness. This is our go-to shop since they carry both brands.
- 200–250gsm Photo Paper, No Back Print – Ideal for cover pages. However, keep in mind that most regular inkjet printers can only handle photo paper up to around 160–180gsm. Here’s an option for 160–180gsm photo paper.
- Long-Arm Stapler – Perfect for binding longer notepads and booklets.
- Carbonless Paper for Business Forms & Non-BIR Receipts – Available in Top, Middle, and Bottom sheets. This is our trusted brand, and the linked shop is the official distributor of the product.
Stapled Notebooks
- Heavy-Duty Long-Arm Stapler
- 250gsm Photo Paper, No Back Print or 300gsm Double-Sided Photo Paper – For notebook covers.
Commercial Calendars
- 70gsm Bond Paper – Hard Copy – This is our go-to shop for bond paper.
- Metal Calendar Slide Clip
- A4 Calendar Clipping Machine / Tool
Desk & Poster Calendars
- Inside Pages: 115gsm Photo Paper
- Standee: 330gsm Foldcote Board
- A4 3:1 Binding Machine with Adjustable Pitch – This can also be used for notebook making.
- Cover Page: 200–250gsm Photo Paper, No Back Print. For most regular inkjet printers, the maximum paper thickness is around 160–180gsm. Here’s an option for 160–180gsm Photo Paper.
- Double-Loop Wire, 3:1 Pitch, 7.9mm / 5⁄16″, A4
