After your payment is successfully processed, a download button will appear on the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email confirmation containing a downloadable PDF with the link to access your template.
No. All Craftiest templates are customizable without a Canva Pro subscription. However, Canva Pro is useful if you need to download designs with a transparent background, especially when preparing files for cutting-machine software.
Yes. You may sell finished physical products created from our templates. However, you may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce the designs or templates in any digital form.
Your purchase does not grant you a license to reproduce, distribute, share, modify, create derivative works from, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of our files, templates, or designs for resale or distribution as digital products, whether under your own branding or another brand.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds. This is because digital files cannot truly be returned, and we cannot verify whether copies have been saved.
If your download is faulty or you experience technical difficulties, please contact us. Our team will gladly help resolve the issue and ensure you can access the files you purchased.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
