  • How to Order?

    These are the general steps of your shopping journey with us:

    1. Choose a product and add to cart.
    2. Check order details.
    3. Confirm the contents of your shopping cart.
    4. Provide shipping & billing information.
    5. Choose payment method and finalize payment.
    6. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen. For a successful transaction, a download button with your order will appear and you will receive an email confirmation shortly.
  • Input fields not working properly

    • Third-party apps on different devices work differently with security checks. Visit our website via desktop/mobile browser.
    • You have an option to install our WebApp to your home screen allowing you to browse on our website directly.
  • Did my payment went through?

    Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation through your registered email address.

  • How to Cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, cancellation can't be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Contact us for any further assistance.

  • What happens to unsuccessful payment?

    • Our system will automate a payment reminder 6 hours before your payment link expires. A payment link will be sent to your registered email or phone number via Viber.
    • Our system will automatically terminate the pending order once the payment link expires due to non-payment after 24 hours.

    What to do when it happens?

    Place a new order and settle the payment within the given time frame.

  • Can I ask for a Refund, Return or Exchange?

    As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Craftiest Studio. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or purchasing at Craftiest Studio, you agree to the terms including our No Return, No Exchange, or No Refund Policy, simply because it’s kind of impossible to return or exchange a digital product and have not made copies.


    The Consumer Rights Act gives you the right to claim against Craftiest Studio only when your digital download is faulty. No Return/Refund/Exchange will be processed instead our team will help you with any technical concerns.

  • Can I sell the Craftiest Designs and Templates?

    No. Customers are not allowed to sell Craftiest Studio designs and templates in any digital form. 


    Customers are not allowed to share, distribute, modify, make derivative works, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of our files, templates, and designs to be sold as digital files under their branding.

  • How to use the Digital Products I purchased?

    In general:

    Craftiest Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the files for Personal Projects or Commercial Sales of END-PRODUCTS/FINAL PRODUCTS.
